The Profits Through Podcasting show helps entrepreneurs with podcasts in the health and wellness grow their businesses, by learning from others who have done the same.

Topics may include:

• A brief history of your podcast, date of first episode, number of episodes completed.

• Reasons/goals for starting your podcast.

• A bit about your business, who your ideal client is, what you offer them, how you deliver it.

• A bit about your entire marketing funnel, such as your main sources of leads.

• Lessons you learned along the way or things you had to change about the business and marketing.

• Data you’ve uncovered in regards to what works and what doesn’t when it comes to marketing your business and generating sales.

Technical information

To ensure your episode sounds great and can be most valuable and enjoyed by listeners, there are a few important things to note regarding the recording and audio setup. (If you’re a podcaster, this stuff is already obvious!)

The interview will be recorded through an online platform called Squadcast.

• You will need a desktop computer with a compatible browser installed.
• A wired internet connection is strongly preferred rather than WiFi. If WiFi must be used, please be sure the signal is strong and reliable.
• Please pause or close any bandwidth-intensive applications such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
• While a high-quality microphone is not necessary for the interview (though if you have one, please use it!) the use of headphones is imperative.
• Please silence all phone and/or computer notification sounds.
• Limit any noises such as squeaky chairs, clicking a pen, jewelry, tapping the desk, etc.

You will have received a link via e-mail which you can use to join the recording session.

The link will bring you to a private Green Room where you can adjust your camera and audio settings before we begin.

A Few Final Things!

• The show is not live; we can make edits before publishing.
• The full video is not published, only audio, but we do use video clips for social media.
• Clips from the podcast may be used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
• I reserve the right not to publish an interview.
• A quick pre-interview chat will happen before we officially begin recording. The entire process typically takes no more than 45 minutes.
